The aim of this route is to bring about the transition to a reliable, efficient, safe and sustainable system of mobility, transport and logistics in the Netherlands and other countries. Improving the transport of goods and passengers will enhance welfare in a broad sense, in other words not just in terms of value creation and the competitiveness in the Dutch logistics sector, but also the social welfare that comes with personal mobility
