Building the TRL chain: linking academia, industry and startups in materials research

We will make an inventory of the research expertise and knowledge needs of materials researchers at universities, NWO institutes, universities of applied sciences, technology institutes/organisations, and small, medium and large companies, and other societal partners. The data will be published on a public online platform. The inventory will strengthen the materials ecosystem along the full technology readiness level (TRL) chain and we expect it will lead to proposals for the NWA and other programs that are better integrated, more complete, and more multidisciplinary, thus strongly benefiting the goals of the NWA
